  • Once the delivery agent leaves, no complaints will be accepted regarding physical issues, defects, or mismatches.


2. Exchange Policy

  • If you notice any issue after delivery, our support team will offer you an exchange option.

  • Accepting the exchange is entirely the customer’s choice.


3. Refund Policy

  • If the exchange option is not suitable for you, you may return the product by sending it back to our provided address via courier.

  • After we receive and verify the returned product, we will process a full refund.

  • Refund processing may take 2–5 business days depending on banking and operational timelines.


4. Product Variation Disclaimer

  • Some of our designs are inspired or replica-style collections.

  • As a result, the delivered product may have minor variations in color, pattern, or finishing compared to the reference photos.

  • A 100% identical match is not always guaranteed and is considered acceptable within standard product variation limits.


5. Important Notes

  • Products that are used, damaged, stained, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • In certain cases, return courier charges may be borne by the customer.
