Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your orders safely.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (Bangladesh): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather, or customs inspections.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier service.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or for orders above a certain value (details will be displayed at checkout).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.


5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Subaitas Heaven is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Refunds for undeliverable packages will exclude shipping charges.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
